Dial *111# from your phone. The balance will appear on your screen instantly.

2. Using the SIMOSA App

Open the SIMOSA app (formerly Jazz World) on your smartphone. Your current balance is displayed on the home screen.

3. Using WhatsApp

Send a message to 0300-3008000 to get your account details via Jazz support.

4. Jazz Advance (Loan)

If you have zero balance, dial *112# to get an emergency advance.
